An interior inspired by the Scandinavian philosophy of living.
Nothing here is excessive in either form or function — every design decision is guided by the homeowners' aesthetic and practical needs. A calm, neutral palette and natural textures create a cohesive interior where visual clarity is balanced by a genuine sense of warmth.
Space Planning
The apartment's original layout provided a strong foundation for the design. By integrating the balcony into the kitchen–living area, we expanded the shared space and created clearly defined functional zones. One of the two bathrooms was transformed into a utility room, accommodating a water filtration system, a laundry area, and additional built-in storage.
Materials
Natural materials play a defining role throughout the interior. Different oak textures and finishes introduce subtle layers of depth, while the varied treatments of the same material create a rich yet understated composition. Warm shades of cream and beige complete the palette, bringing softness and warmth to the space.
The entire project is guided by the principles of restrained functionality, organic forms, and honest materials. Together, they create a calm, timeless interior designed for everyday living.
