A spacious and inviting apartment located in Utlandia, a contemporary residential development in Irpin.
The design is centred around a palette of natural materials and soft grey tones, while black accents add definition and bring a refined graphic quality to the interior.
Space Planning
The apartment's well-proportioned layout provided an excellent foundation for tailoring the space to the clients' lifestyle. By reconfiguring the plan, we were able to expand the kitchen–living area, creating a generous social space for gathering with family and friends. To maximise natural daylight, the home office was enclosed with a sliding glass partition instead of a solid wall, allowing light to flow freely throughout the apartment. The primary bedroom was designed with a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a window — a thoughtful solution that enhances everyday comfort and privacy.
Lighting Design
A variety of lighting scenarios were carefully integrated throughout the apartment, allowing the atmosphere to adapt effortlessly to different moments of the day. Layered lighting highlights specific areas when needed while creating a warm and comfortable ambience. Behind the calm and understated aesthetic lies a carefully considered design, where every functional detail has been thoughtfully planned to support everyday living.
