Author Supervision
Design oversight on site and full sourcing, from first delivery to the finished room.

—Implementation control per the design — 2 site visits a month (revisited if builders fall behind)
—Resolving complex junctions with the construction crew and handling unforeseen situations
—Drawing revisions when needed
—Material selection, reviewed on site
—Ordering furniture, plumbing, lighting and finishes (paint, tile, etc.) plus individual elements — skirting, doors, shadow profiles, sockets, switches
—Showroom visits — up to 2 a month
—Replacing selected items if discontinued or facing long lead times
